We will then share a little about our experience, reputation, and systems. We want you to know that we are focused on YOU and your cleaning needs. We will share every detail of our step by step cleaning process and then quote you a price that is fair, reasonable, and competitive. We strive to distinguish ourselves from our competitors. You will never hear us say a negative word about those we compete with, but we will tell you how we are different. When we arrive to clean you will be glad to see a well-groomed, uniformed professional; one who is IICRC certified and extensively trained. We will NOT go immediately into a “sales pitch” as so many of our competitors do. We will make suggestions for additional services ONLY if you need them and if they will protect your carpet and furniture investments. National franchise cleaning companies hire commissioned salesmen who enter your home with the goal of “upselling” you. They are far more concerned with the sale than the service. Other independent cleaners may do a good job but who knows what or who will be in your home? Oftentimes they are not certified and have no training of any kind.
